Vitamin V review

November 7, 2005

a hair affair

Thinking of cheating on your hairdresser?
From girlfriend to girlfriend, here's a new guy you might want to let run his fingers through your hair.
Ian Daburn hails from London England, and after an illustrious career as the top chair at Vancouver's Tony & Guy, he's gone out on his own with a swish new Yaletown hair salon.
Known for precision cuts that can get a layered blonde bob swinging with side-swept sexiness (you know who you are) Daburn can tell with a scientist's precision whether your hair needs a protein boost or a moisture surge-and he's happy to oblige.
The salon's fresh look includes lots of natural light (so you can actually see your new colour), a gleaming white iMac at the counter, light boxes, white leather chairs, a large changing room with lint rollers (yes, there's a woman involved) and polished concrete floors.
This one might just be a keeper.
